Information you give us
When you answer the home-search questions, ask for a call, reserve a seminar seat, use the contact form, or reach out, you may give us your name, email, phone, the area and timeline you have in mind, your financing plans, and what you are looking to buy or sell. If you call, text, or email, we receive what you share.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, prepare for your call, help you buy or sell a home, hold your seminar seat, and point you to the right professionals, and to comply with the law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Your home search and sale
Details you share about the home you want or the home you own — your budget, timeline, preferred areas, financing, or a property address for a home value estimate — are used to help you buy or sell and to prepare for our conversation.
With your permission, we may share your contact details and needs with the people who help complete a transaction, such as a mortgage lender, title or closing company, home inspector, or the agent on the other side of the deal. We never sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Homebuyer seminars
If you reserve a seat at a homebuyer seminar or ask to hear about the next one, the details you give (name, email, phone, how many guests, your preferred language) are used only to hold your seat, send you event details and reminders, and answer your questions. Guest speakers at a seminar — for example a lender, an inspector or an insurance agent — are independent professionals; your information is not passed to them unless you ask to be introduced.
Home search
The home search on this site shows listing information from a property-listing provider. Your searches are not stored with your name. If you ask about a home, what you send is used to answer you. Listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and should be independently verified.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, Legacy Point Team may text you about your request, your appointments, and related information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver messages, and only for that purpose.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential:

Calendly (booking a call), Google Maps (office map), Instagram/Meta (videos), a home-search provider (property listings), Fontshare (fonts), and Vercel (website hosting), which keeps standard server logs. Each service has its own privacy policy, which governs the information it handles.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
